Three generations of insurance
One focus
Your association

We didn't become association insurance specialists by accident. It's a deliberate choice—backed by decades of experience and a family tradition of putting clients first.

We built DCI because associations deserve better

Before DCI, we watched property managers and board members get shuffled between generalists who didn’t understand their world.

Voicemails went unreturned.
Quotes arrived late and were confusing.
When claims happened, clients were on their own.‍

We knew it didn’t have to be that way.

Multi-story residential building with balconies under a blue sky and an American flag on a flagpole nearby.

Deep expertise, real relationships, and a team that actually picks up the phone.

DCI was founded to bring the service-first values of a third-generation insurance family to the associations that needed it most. We chose to specialize—exclusively serving condos, townhomes, and co-ops—so we could truly understand our clients’ challenges instead of learning on the job.

What we stand for

Showing up when it matters

Community associations are all we do—which means we understand your challenges before you have to explain them.

Partnership over transactions

We're not here to sell you a policy and disappear. We want to be the partner you rely on year after year—through renewals, claims, and board changes.

Showing up when it matters

Need us at a board meeting? We'll be there. Have a claim that needs follow-up? We're on it. Our job doesn't end when the policy binds—that's when it starts.
